If your funds are still inside your MT4/5 account, you will need to move them over to your client portal/wallet first before you can withdraw.
Log into your client portal/dashboard. Click “Manage Funds” on the left menu. Under “Transfer From”, select the MT4/5 account to transfer. Under “Transfer To” select “TIO Markets Wallet”. Key in the amount. Click “Transfer Funds”.
